A visionary entrepreneur and technologist, Dr. Sapna Kuraganti brings over 22 years of global experience in software development, enterprise transformation, and leadership. She has served as Senior Director, Head of Program & Project Management Office, and Head of Programme Management & Project Management Office, Europe Operations for Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), where she successfully led large-scale, cross-continent digital initiatives.
Her core expertise spans both technical engineering and strategic management, with strong proficiency in C, C++, Java, .NET, Salesforce Administration, SQL, Oracle, HTML, and AI & ML.
Her leadership approach blends technical depth with people-centric strategy — driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer success.
As CEO & Founder of SAPRUSAN Group, she envisions a world where AI, data, and human ingenuity converge to create sustainable, ethical, and intelligent business ecosystems. Her leadership is inspired by her late parents’ legacy of knowledge, integrity, and lifelong learning.

A visionary leader, technocrat, and lifelong learner, Late Dr. K. Prashant Babu combined administrative brilliance with technological curiosity. Having served as Additional Commissioner (Commercial Taxes) and Superintendent of Police (Vigilance) for the Government of (then combined) Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, he was widely respected for his integrity, intellect, and forward-thinking approach.
A passionate stalwart of technologist even in his 70s, he was deeply driven by Artificial Intelligence and digital innovation. Remarkably, he learned C language and SQL in the early 1990s, using his computer as his personal note-maker long before it became common practice. At the age of 73, he continued to explore AI best practices, data analytics, and automation trends, setting an example of timeless learning that challenged the younger generation to stay ahead.
His commitment to knowledge, discipline, and innovation laid the foundation for the SAPRUSAN Group of Companies, inspiring a culture of excellence, ethics, and continuous progress.

A luminary of service, leadership, scholar, educator, poet, humanitarian, and grace, known for her proactive nature, adept management, work-focused attitude, and eloquence in English — fondly called the Nightingale — Late Dr. D. Manaswini served as a Retired Reader in English under the Government of combined Andhra Pradesh, India.
Her distinguished teaching career and lifelong dedication to education earned her the State Best Teacher Award, recognizing her excellence in both academics and service to the community.
She was invited by the Government to co-author an English Grammar book for Government Schools, with her name officially imprinted in the publication — a rare honor that symbolizes her lasting contribution to education.
Beyond her academic achievements, she was a poet with a divine aura, known for her sweet and mesmerizing voice and her ability to touch hearts with words and compassion. The heart of every gathering, she extended love and help to countless people in need, embodying kindness in its purest form.
Despite her vast accomplishments, she remained deeply curious about technology and innovation, embracing learning in every form. Her legacy continues to inspire those who believe in leading with both intellect and heart.
